GENERAL QUESTIONS

At the end of our collaboration, I will provide you with all of the files and formats you need to be successful with your business! That includes every version of your logo, icons, and illustrations in every colour applicable and in every file type (.png, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .eps). You’ll also receive a PDF with specific guidelines on how to best use your logos, typefaces, and colours in every application. On top of this, I’ll also provide you with custom launch graphics so you can show your new look to your audience!

My packages are already designed to give you the best value and all the tools you might need to grow your business. However, if you have specific requests, I’m always happy to provide a custom package based on exactly what you need.

I love to create different materials and visuals to make a brand more versatile and ready for any sort of application. So yes, I do offer packaging and label design too! If you like, you can also check out this project that included also some label designs for a past client of mine. As packaging and label design requires different needs for each project, I will create a custom proposal based on the details you provided during our initial call.

Certainly! We can work together and revamp your current brand, making it more complete and ready for long-term growth. It is very important that all of your brand’s visuals are ready to keep up with your business while it grows and expands. In this case, I’ll provide you with a custom package to meet your needs in the best possible way.

Frequently asked questions

Based on the package you choose, you’ll have multiple opportunities during the project to give me feedback/request minor changes on what I’ve designed so far. Any additional revision or change request will be charged at an hourly rate.

I know that a brand or website can be a big investment. That’s why I do offer also custom payment plans upon request to make this investment more affordable. Usually, the available payment plans vary between 3 to 6 months.

After the contract is accepted and signed, you’ll receive a copy of it and the invoice for the first payment. All project payments are due in 2 parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the queue. The second half will be due shortly before the final files are delivered and/or the website launch.

THE WEBSITE PROCESS

WordPress is a really complete and powerful tool if you’re planning to build an e-commerce site or a blog. The many opportunities that this platform gives, you won’t find in many other platforms. I use WordPress with the integration of Elementor, a site builder that doesn’t require high knowledge in coding or development and, at the same time, allows creating whatever element or design you have in mind. My goal is to provide you with a website that lasts and performers at a high level. With WordPress, these achievements are possible and, even if the backend looks complicated, at the end of our project I’ll provide you with all the necessary tools and tutorials to maintain your site and be able to make changes at any time without any knowledge of coding.

This really depends on the goal you have in mind for your business. But don’t you worry: prior to work beginning I’ll help you figure out which is the best platform based on your mission, goals and business so you’ll be sure to nail it right from the start.

On one hand, Showit has a beautiful and super-responsive team that will take care of all of this for you. On the other hand, on WordPress, it requires a little more work to connect a domain or migrate a site. I do however have a lot of experience with it, so don’t worry, we can definitely make it happen!

At the end of every website project, I provide my clients with all the tools and tutorials they need in order to maintain their website and make it run smoothly. However, if what you need is more support and someone that will take care of all of the aspects of your website for you, I do offer retainer packages for website maintenance at an hourly rate.

Frequently asked questions

My goal is to provide my clients with the best solution for their website in terms of flexibility, ease of use and that will last long-term. I found that Showit is the perfect solution if you need a professional and user-friendly website that doesn’t involve coding and a high learning curve when it comes to its maintenance. If you’re not looking to build big e-commerce or blog, Showit will be absolutely the best solution for you.

No, this is not included in my package’s quote. I can certainly help you choose the best solution for your website and business, but I don’t provide hosting and subscriptions. This will be an extra cost at your expense.

I have tried a lot of different platforms in the past, but I truly believe that Showit and WordPress are the best options for my clients. The only other platform that I could still consider offering is Squarespace. Other than that though, as I started to get specific and specialize on these 2 platforms, I don’t offer my services on other platforms.

If you want to know more about this and want to talk about the best option for you and your business, please feel free to contact me any time.

As mentioned before, at the end of each website design project I provide my clients with all the tools and tutorials they need to self-maintain their website. However, I also offer ongoing website maintenance at an hourly rate for whoever wants to outsource this aspect of their business and enjoy a flawless experience without having to ever worry about their website maintenance.
